Procurement specialist

Requirements;

– First degree in Procurement/Supply Chain Management or related field.

– ⁠Professional qualification in procurement *(distinct advantage)*.

– Master’s degree *(added advantage)*.

– 5 to 8 years relevant experience in Procurement and/or Supply Chain Management.

– ⁠In-depth knowledge of Ghana procurement laws, regulations, and practices.

– Demonstrated experience using ERP systems and procurement management tools.

– Strong experience in inventory management and control.

– Strong leadership, supervisory, negotiation, and supplier relationship management skills.

*Responsibilities;*

– Manage procurement activities, including supplier relationships, sourcing, purchasing, and inventory coordination.

– Ensure value for money, quality, timely delivery, and compliance with DTI procurement policies/procedures.

– Support supplier and contract management.

– Support procurement planning and effective purchasing operations.

– Ensure compliance and effective execution of procurement planning and operations.
