Graduate Trainee –Sales Engineer

𝗝𝗼𝗯 𝗣𝘂𝗿𝗽𝗼𝘀𝗲:
The Graduate Trainee – Sales Engineer will support the procurement and business development team in identifying new business opportunities, maintaining customer relationships, preparing technical and commercial proposals, and promoting the company’s products and services.

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:

· Support the Procurement and Business Development team in identifying and developing new business opportunities.
· Assist in preparing technical quotations, tenders, proposals, and commercial submissions.
· Ensure all sales activities are conducted in accordance with company policies, HSE requirements, and applicable Ghanaian regulations.
· Perform other duties assigned by the Procurement Department and Country Manager

𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀, 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗲𝘁𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗲𝘀:

· 0–2 years’ experience; Fresh graduates in Mechanical Engineering or related fields are encouraged to apply.
· Applicant must have completed the National Service.
· Basic Knowledge of ISO standards.
· Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
· Willingness to travel to client sites and operational locations when required.
