About the Role
We are looking for a talented and experienced Site Foreman to join our team at Grupo ACS Ghana in Tema.
Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate key department functions
- Work cross-functionally with other teams to achieve business objectives
- Report to senior management on progress and performance
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Contribute to strategic planning and implementation
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (or equivalent)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Must be based in or willing to relocate to Tema
